1. Eligibility & Website Use

Target Audience: This website is intended solely for users residing within the Republic of India. We accept orders and deliver products exclusively to domestic Indian addresses.

Age Limit: By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Custom Manufacturing & Order Acceptance

Handcrafted Nature: Our furniture is made from natural solid wood. Each piece may have unique grain patterns, knots, and slight variations in color or texture. These are natural characteristics of solid wood, not manufacturing defects.

Order Confirmation: Because we build our furniture on a made-to-order basis, your order is only confirmed once full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or logistical restrictions.

3. Pricing, Taxes (GST), & Payments

Currency & Taxes: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

No COD: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully prepaid via our secure online payment gateway partners.

4. Shipping, Deliveries, & Extra Charges

Your purchases are subject to our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please note:

Standard shipping across serviceable Indian pincodes is free.

If your residential building does not have a working service lift, or if the furniture does not fit inside the lift, an additional manual handling/labor charge will be collected from you at the time of delivery for carrying items up the stairs.

5. Limited Warranty & Damage Compensation

Manufacturing Warranty: WoodBee Craft offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects on specific structural wood components. This warranty does not cover natural wood movement, normal wear and tear, wood splitting due to extreme climate changes, or damages caused by misuse or alterations.

Transit Damage: In case of minor scratches or transit damage, WoodBee Craft will arrange a local carpenter to repair the piece. A full replacement is strictly reserved for instances where the item is structurally or completely destroyed during transit.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, text, website layout, graphics, furniture designs, and product photography—is the exclusive intellectual property of WoodBee Craft. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of our designs and images without written permission is strictly prohibited and legal action will be taken under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, WoodBee Craft, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the exact purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of your use of this website or purchases made from WoodBee Craft shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
