Refund and Returns Policy

At WoodBeeCraft Furniture, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every piece of furniture is handcrafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Since most of our products are made-to-order using natural solid wood, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product during transit.
  • You received a defective product due to a manufacturing issue.
  • You received an incorrect product or wrong size/model.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, invoice, and all accessories must be available.
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, knots, or color.
  • Minor differences in polish or finish due to handcrafted production.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, moisture, or incorrect assembly by the customer.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized furniture.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless damaged or defective.

3. Transit Damage

If your furniture arrives damaged during transportation:

  • Notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs and an unboxing video.
  • After verification, we will arrange one of the following:
    • Free repair by our service team or authorized carpenter.
    • Replacement of damaged parts.
    • Complete replacement if the product is severely damaged beyond repair.

4. Manufacturing Defects

If your furniture has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will inspect the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Product replacement (where applicable)

Our decision will be based on the inspection report.

5. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, photographs, and unboxing video.
  3. Our team will verify your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
  5. Products must be securely packed in their original packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • A replacement is unavailable.
  • The product cannot be repaired.
  • The order is cancelled before production begins (subject to approval).

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before production starts.
  • Once production has begun or the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a verified manufacturing defect.
  • If a return is requested for reasons not covered under this policy, transportation charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Natural Characteristics of Solid Wood

Every WoodBeeCraft product is handcrafted from natural solid wood. Slight differences in:

  • Wood grain
  • Color
  • Texture
  • Knots
  • Surface patterns

are natural characteristics of solid wood and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
