At WoodbeeCraft Furniture, we prioritize efficient order processing and delivery to ensure your furniture arrives in a timely manner. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and return policies, especially for oversized items:

Shipping Information

Most WoodbeeCraft Furniture products are handcrafted, with an estimated shipping time of 8-10 weeks. This timeframe may vary due to production schedules and shipping logistics. Our customer service team is available to provide updates or answer any questions about your order status.

Oversized Item Return Policy

WoodbeeCraft Furniture understands that returning large items can be challenging. We accept returns for most new and unopened oversized items within 15 days of delivery if the item is in new and unused condition with all original packaging. Please note the following conditions:

Reasons for Return Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for return shipping fees if:

  • You refuse delivery without inspecting the item.
  • You miss a scheduled delivery appointment.
  • You return a non-defective, undamaged product.

Return shipping fees for oversized items vary depending on size and weight, generally ranging from ₹8,410.23 to $695 or more. WoodbeeCraft Furniture reserves the right to deduct these fees if the item is not in its original condition when received back at our warehouse. By purchasing an oversized item, you authorize WoodbeeCraft Furniture and/or our carriers to assess additional fees to your payment method as needed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, WoodbeeCraft Furniture will replace it free of charge and arrange for the damaged item’s pickup at no cost. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please return the item packed and in its original condition.

Important Inspection Steps

  • Inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery. Do not sign the Bill of Lading until inspection is complete.
  • For deliveries requiring a signature, note any damage on all copies of the Delivery Receipt or Bill of Lading. Report damages to WoodbeeCraft Furniture Customer Care within 24 hours.
  • If the item is severely damaged, mark the Bill of Lading as “Refused Due to Damage.”

For deliveries that do not require a signature, please inspect the item immediately. If any damage is found, refuse delivery and notify WoodbeeCraft Furniture within 24 hours.

Post-Delivery Damage or Defects

If damage or defects are found after delivery, contact WoodbeeCraft Furniture Customer Care immediately with the following details:

  • Condition of the package upon delivery.
  • Description and photos of the damage.

Please do not discard the packaging or product, as the carrier may need to inspect it. WoodbeeCraft Furniture will coordinate with the carrier for pickup within 24-48 business hours.

Standard Return Policy If an item doesn’t work out, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs will apply if the return is due to buyer’s remorse, such as a change in color preference, style, or fit. We will refund the merchandise cost if the return results from our error or product defect.

For defective products or errors caused by WoodbeeCraft Furniture, we’ll:

  • Send replacement parts or accessories.
  • Replace the product or cover return shipping fees if necessary.
