1. Order & Design Approval

When you place an order with us, any requested customizations or specific design changes are carefully reviewed. We will accommodate these requests by sending you a digital mock-up, technical sketch, or design drawing for your approval before production begins.

Your Action: Once you review and approve the design sketch, it is locked and sent directly to our production floor.

Modifications: Any changes to dimensions or design must be finalized at this stage; modifications cannot be made once cutting and crafting begin.

2. Production & Craftsmanship

We use top-quality, seasoned, and treated A-grade raw materials to handcraft each item according to your final specifications. Our artisans specialize in blending premium timber (such as solid Acacia wood) with materials like iron, leather, fabric, resin, and traditional bone or mother-of-pearl inlays. Once the raw structural frame is complete, it is finished with the color, polish, or stain of your choice and sealed with high-grade topcoats for long-term durability.

3. Quality Control & Pre-Dispatch Inspection

Quality is our highest priority. Before any piece leaves our manufacturing facility in Jodhpur:

Inspection: Every item is thoroughly measured and checked against your original order specifications to ensure structural integrity and perfect alignment.

Photo Review: We professionally photograph and take videos of your finished furniture. These visuals are sent directly to you via WhatsApp or email for a final review before dispatch. This gives you absolute peace of mind regarding the look and finish of your product.

4. Dispatch & Delivery Logistics

Upon receiving your final approval from the photo review, your furniture is carefully packed using industry-standard multi-layer protective packaging.

Transit: The shipment is handed over to our trusted domestic logistics partners on the next available shipping schedule.

Tracking: We will share live tracking details with you as soon as the consignment is scanned by the courier partner.

Returns Policy Notice: Because every single piece is custom-built or made-to-order based on your design and finish approvals, we do not accept returns or cancellations after dispatch unless the product arrives with structural transit damages that cannot be repaired by a local carpenter.
