Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at WoodBee Craft. Because our solid wood furniture is meticulously handcrafted, we take extra care to ensure it is securely manufactured, safely transported, and properly set up in your home.

Please review our delivery guidelines below to understand timelines, charges, and responsibilities.

1. Delivery Timelines

Every piece of furniture we make is built to last. Because we maintain high-quality standards, your order goes through two phases:

  • Manufacturing Time: It takes roughly 3 to 4 weeks to handcraft and prepare your product from the date the order is confirmed.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched from our facility, it takes 5 to 10 working days to reach your location, depending on your city and distance.

2. Shipping Charges & PAN India Coverage

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping across India for all our products. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
  • Serviceable Pincodes: We deliver PAN India. However, due to the bulk nature of solid wood furniture, a few remote locations or restricted zones might not be reachable by our logistics partners. If your pincode is unserviceable, we will notify you immediately at the time of shipping preparation.

3. Payment Mode

  • We operate strictly on a Prepaid basis to initiate the custom manufacturing process.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for any orders.

4. Damages During Transit

We pack our furniture using industry-grade multi-layer packaging to prevent transit damage. However, in rare instances of transit damage or scratches:

  • Minor Damages/Scratches: If an item sustains minor scratches or superficial damage during transit, WoodBee Craft will arrange a professional carpenter in your local area to repair and restore the piece at our expense.
  • Replacements: A complete product replacement will only be offered if the item is deemed totally damaged and beyond structural repair.
  • Note: Please inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery and report any issues to our customer support immediately with clear photographs.

5. Assembly & Installation

  • Bigger Items (e.g., Beds): For large furniture items that require mandatory setup, WoodBee Craft will provide a professional carpenter for assembly at no extra cost.
  • Other Items: For products that are generally pre-assembled or easy to set up, if you still require professional assembly, we can arrange a carpenter for you upon request for an additional service charge.

6. Doorstep Delivery & Multi-Story Restrictions

Our delivery partners will bring your furniture directly to your doorstep. However, please note the following conditions for multi-story buildings:

  • Delivery to upper floors is seamless if a functional Service Lift/Elevator is available and the furniture item fits safely inside it.
  • If your building does not have a service lift, if the lift is not working, or if the packaged furniture is too large to fit in the lift, the delivery team will have to carry the item via the stairs.
  • In such cases, an additional manual labor charge will be applicable and collected directly at the time of delivery.
